The Metropolitan Water District of Southern California intends to install and use a new stationary emergency generator at Lake Mathews Reservoir. Metropolitan is required to obtain a "Permit to Operate Regulated Equipment" from the South Coast Air Quality Management District for the operation of each of this equipment.
