The purpose of the proposed Amendment is to increase the limit on the amount of tax increment the Agency can receive from $300 million including $255 million attributed to the San Lorenzo sub areas and $45 million attributed to the North Mall sub areas to a single combined limit of $800 million attributed to the Merged Earthquake Recovery Project.
