NOTE: Reference SCH#: 2002032048 U.S. Gypsum would import gypsum rock via ocean-going vessels to a location at Berths 14 and 15 in the Port of Stockton's West Complex. The rock would be off-loaded through an enclosed, shore-side hopper system onto an overhead conveyor system that would transfer the rock to the proposed plant site. U.S. Gypsum would construct facilities for manufacturing wallboard and joint treatment compound north of West Fyffe Avenue in the Port of Stockton's West Complex. Operation of the project would require the extension of off-site electric, gas, and water utility systems. The project would have the capacity to process up to 975,000 tons of gypsum rock per year.
