Project involves the transfer of natural condition land to the Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) to be included in their Pismo State Beach properties. Transfer of Jurisdiction to include constraint which states "Development of trails or other facilities by DPR or other entities shall avoid riparian and wetland resources unless otherwise approved by the Department of Fish and Game."
