Document Description
The proposed project consists of a Use Permit to allow a wireless telecommunications facility on an existing 77+/- foot high building on 8.12+/- acres in the SC zone. The facility consists of the installation of 12 panel antennas (3 sectors with 2 initial and 2 future antennas per sector) mounted on the facade of an existing parapet wall and four (4) equipment cabinets (2 initial and 2 future) within a 200+/- square foot lease area hebind the parapet wall on the roof of the existing building.
