The project proposes to replace two existing, failed culverts with culverts that have been sized to withstand a 100-year storm event. The culverts shall be armored at the inlets and outlets. Critical dips shall be placed on the hinge points in the event the crossings are overtopped. The project will have no significant effect on the environment.
