Based on results of the initial study, two new monitoring wells will be positioned at appropriate locations. The monitoring wells will be incorporated into the quarterly sampling program for seawater/saline intrusion into multiple aquifers will allow United Water Conservation District and Fox Canyon Groundwater Management Agency to improve facilities and regulations to mitigate overdraft and seawater intrusion in the southern Oxnard Plain and prioritize where the injection and direct delivery of reclained water should be located.
