Document Description
The applicant proposes to develop a three phased office/industrial park over approximately 40 acres located on the northeast corner of Avenue G and 30th Street West. The first phase, an approximate 13.3 acre site, would have three separate 58,482 square foot buildings, for a total of 175,446 square feet. The buildings are being designed in such a way that the project has flexibility to be an office and/or industrial building. The north side of the buildings would have roll-up doors with loading areas.
