The project site consists of the existing Fox Theater building, including the theater auditorium, first-floor commercial storefronts, and second-floor office space, as well as a commercial structure located immediately west of the Fox Theater building along Mission Inn Avenue. The Fox Theater Rehabilitation Project proposes the renovation and expansion of the existing Fox Theater.
