The project site consists of the existing Fox Theater building, including the theater auditorium, first-floor commercial storefronts, and second-floor office space, as well as a commercial structure located immediately west of the Fox Theater building along Mission Inn Avenue. The Fox Theater Rehabilitation Project proposes the renovation and expansion of the existing Fox Theater. The proposed project would result in the rehabilitation of the existing theater structure (including attached retail and office space), demolition of an on-site commercial structure adjacent to the theater, and the addition of approximately 4,500 square feet of additional theater and support space.
