After reviewing the project and its setting, the Environmental Coordinator for the County of Tuolumne has determined that the project is categorically exempt from review under the CEQA pursuant to Section 15315 of the State CEQA Guidelines because the project consists of a minor land division in an area zoned for residential use into four or fewer parcels the division is in conformance with the General Plan and zoning, no variances or exceptions required, all services and access to the proposed parcels to local standards are available, the parcel has not been involved in a division of a larger parcel within the previous 2 years, and the parcel does not have an average slope greater than 20%.
