Document Description
This project is for a grant to the American Land Conservancy to assist in the acquisition of a conservation easement over 3,140+/- acres of privately owned land located west of interstate Route 5 and the Town of Williams, and north of Highway 20 near its junction with Highway 16 in southwestern Colusa County. This project is to prevent the conversion of rangeland, grazing land and grassland to nonagricultural uses, and to ensure the continued protection of valuable plant and wildlife habitat.
