Document Description
Remove deteriorated wood planks from the porch of the historic Custom House in Monterey State Historic Park to remove a tripping hazard and improve safety. Work will remove all old rotted wood planks and joists and install new 2" x 9 1/2' redwood boards and joists as needed. The Custom House itself will not be impacted and the ground will not be disturbed.
