Document Description
The proposed project consists of a Boundary Line Adjustment between two parcels in the RD-5 zone in order to adjust an existing property line by approximately 5 feet to coincide with an existing fence line. The proposed boundary line adjustment will decrease the existing property located on 5423 McKay Street by approximately 450 square feet and will increase the property on 5437 Buena Ventura Way by approximately 450 square feet.
