Document Description
Creek flow across the top of the concrete encasement housing the 18-inch and 24-inch water transmission pipelines have eroded the concrete surface, exposing significant portions of the reinforcing steel underneath. The existing condition of the encasement leaves the pipelines extremely vulnerable to further creek degradation. The El Toro Water District proposes to restore and repair the concrete encasement and prevent further deterioration.
