The project consists of the subdivision of approximately 12.0 acres of land into approximately 43 lots for single family residential purposes, with a minimum lot size of 7,000 square feet, and is under consideration for the incorporation of an open space area. The project site encroaches into area under the jurisdiction of the Consolidated Irrigation District and therefore includes the incorporation of an existing irrigation easement with related improvements such as landscape and irrigations districts and undergrounding of the canal (Centerville & Kingsburg Canal/Bratton Ditch). The project includes the widening and improvements to an existing street (Valley View Street).
