Document Description
The reuse and redevelopment of approximately 24 acres with single-family homes, a mid-sized retail store, and a public recreational area. The retail component of the project will be located at the corner of Wilkie Way and West 120th Street and will be approximately 140,200 square feet (SF). The remainder of the site will be developed with 176 single-family homes and associated recreational areas. Project is anticipated to be complete by 2009.
