A proposal by Rick Miali and Justin Sorrentino to grade for a driveway and for a single family residence with an attached garage which will result in the disturbance of approximately 0.75 acres on a 1.049 acre parcel and 340 cubic yards of cut and 320 cubic yards of fill. The proposed project is within the agriculture land use category and is located off of Plane View Place about 3 miles east of Paso Robles. The site is in the El Pomar/Estrella area, the standard mitigation ratio for projects on parcels less than 40 acres in size has been established as 3:1. The applicant will be required to mitigate loss of 0.75 acre at a 3:1 ratio for a total of 2.25 acres of kit fox habitat.
