Reasons for Exemption
All units were excavated prior to the State's purchase in 1989. Replacement of water control structures and the construction of swales will allow efficient water transportation and enhance food production for wildlife. As water is redistributed, wildlife production will increase. The project will have no significant effect on the environment.
