The project involves the acquisition of a minor amount of right of way and widening of an existing road to provide bicycle lanes connecting to bicycle lanes at both ends of the project, thus improving route continuity. The County has conducted a biological study and cultural resources study and designed the project such that there is no possibility that the activity may have a significant effect on the environment.
