Document Description
The Stanislaus Local Agency Formation Commission has prepared a Municipal Service Review (MSR) and Sphere of Influence (SOI) Update for the Empire Sanitary District. The District is legally authorized to provide domestic sewer services and as a special district, it is required to have an adopted and updated SOI. The Cortese-Knox-Hertzberg Act of 2000 calls for the Service Review to be completed prior to or concurrent with the SOI Update.
