Document Description
The Operator proposes to construct an 18-inch reinforced concrete pipe outfall into an unnamed tributaru to Green Valley Creek located at Commerce Court and Central Way in Fairfield, Solano County. In order to minimize impacts to the tributary, a drainage bay will be excavated out of the bank and the slopes of the bank will be 2:1. The impacts will occur to an area approximately 35 linear feet of bank. The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2004-0437-3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project operator, Barry Silberman/Gonsalves and Santucci, Inc.
