Contractor will work with air conditioning manufacturers to create specifications for a cost-effective, advanced packaged rooftop AC unit, and will develop a laboratory prototype to evaluate the improvements. Life-cycle benefits of each efficiency improvements measure will be documented and publicized to encourage market adoption.
