Document Description
The project is a proposed Conditional Use Permit application (P04-0420) by Elias Atallah to reestablish a service station on a .5 acre site. The station was originally built in 1966, was approved in 1994 under a Conditional Use Permit and was abandoned about two years ago. To reestablish the use on the site, a new Conditional Use Permit is required.
