Document Description
The proposed project consists of a Tentatvie Parcel Map to divide 0.98+/- gross acres into three (3) lots on property zoned RD-5 and an Exception from Title 22.110.070(e) to exceed the 3:1 lot depth to width ratio. Note: There appears to be sufficient buildable area on the proposed lots to avoid impacting the existing oak trees located at the southern end of the property. The oak trees are protected by the County Tree Preservation Ordinance.
