Document Description
General Plan amendment to change the existing Land Use/Transportation Diagram designations for the 5.6-acre site to Medium Density Residential (8-16 DU/AC) on 5.6 acres and Planned Development Rezoning from R-1-8 Residence Zoning District, CP Commercial Pedestrian Zoning District to A(PD) Planned Development Zoning District to allow up to 55 single-family detached residences on a 8.6 acre site. The project also includes the proposed dedication of land to the City for a public park, and the proposed conversion of an approximately 300-foot-long portion of E. Virginia Street to a one-way travel way with the addition of angled parking on the street at that location.
