Document Description
The proposed project is a Conditional Use Permit to establish a warehouse distribution facility on 9.94 acres. The facility will receive coils of stainless steel by rail, which will be unloaded by crane. The coils will be cut into smaller widths and sent by truck to plants in the western portion of the United States. The facility will operate from 7am to 4pm, five days a week. The project is located at the intersection of Agua Mansa Road and Brown Avenue, which provides access to the site. This project site is in the unincorporated portion of the County of San Bernardino in the Agua Mansa Industrial Center. This area of the Agua Mansa area is within the City of Rialto Sphere of Influence. The County General Plan designates the project site as Agua Mansa Specific Plan / Medium Industrial, with an Improvement Level (IL-1).
