Document Description
The proposal involves amendments of the City's General Plan, General Plan Land Use Diagram and Zoning Ordinance, and would result in development of approximately 440 acres north of Air Base Pkwy, between Clay Bank Road and Peabody Road. The project would result in approximately 2,400 housing units, along with an elementary school, two neighborhood parks, and a neighborhood shopping center of approximately 111,000 sf.
