Document Description
National Cement Company of California (NCCC) proposes modification of its existing precalciner/preheater cement kiln by utilizing tire derived fuel (TDF). Chipped recycled tires will be used to displace up to 25% of current fuels. NCCC is currently allowed to burn natural gas, diesel oil, or petroleum coke.
