Amend section 32-18 - Condominium and community apartment lot size and setback exceptions of the City of South Lake Tahoe Municipal Code, as follows: From: 32-18 C. No building shall be constructed within 10 feet of any side lot line; or 20 feet from any front lot line; or 20 feet of any public street. To: 32-18 C.1. Lots greater than 10,000 sf and greater than 80 feet wide: No building shall be constructed within 10 feet of any side lot line; or 15 feet from any rear lot line; or 20 feet from any front lot line; or 20 feet of any public street. And: 32-18 C.2. Lots 10,000 sf or less 80 feet wide or less: No building shall be ocnstructed within 5 feet of any side lot line; or 15 feet from any rear lot line; or 20 feet from any front lot line; or 20 feet of any public street.
