Document Description
Development of a hotel and luxury condominium complex on a six-acre site. The project site is located in a density urbanized setting. The project comprises five four-story condominium buildings, plus a hotel and private recreation center. Because the site is extremely steep, extensive grading and filling will be required for the project. Grading would also require the removal of a dense growth of trees.
