Document Description
The Jaye Street Project includes the Jaye Street and State Highway 190 intersection, improvements. Improvements include curb, gutter, sidewalk; median islands with landscaping irrigation; traffic signals and streetlights; master plan storm drain and sewer facilities; and related street improvement work. A new traffic signal will be installed at the existing Jaye Street and is proposed to be developed with a two-way stop control (stop signs controlling traffic into Jaye Street). Modifications will also be made to the Poplar Avenue/ Jaye Street intersection that will restrict traffic flow to right-turn in/ right-turn out movements.
