In compliance with the objectives of the adopted 2002-2005 Redevelopment Housing Implementation Plan, the Redevelopment Agency proposes the acquisition of 18 properties developed with 16 four-plexes for the purpose of rehabilitating the units and increasing the number of three bedroom units. This will provide much needed family housing in the City of Riverside.
