This project will provide Prairie City SVRA with one manufactured home, three manufactured home pads, two recreational vehicle (RV) pads, and electrical and plumbing lines. This project will provide affordable housing to park staff for on-site park security and on-call park maintenance issues. Electrical and water pipes will be placed four feet underground in three feet piping.
