Document Description
CDFW has executed the Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2016-0282-R5, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Playa Capital Company, LLC, represented by Marc Huffman. The project is limited to the restoration of 2.6 acres of mixed riparian/coastal scrub habitat that was impacted from unauthorized improvements to an existing maintenance road of the Riparian Corridor and further restoration an addition 1.2 acres of mixed riparian/coastal scrub habitat along the maintenance road for a total restored habitat of 3.8 acres.
