Document Description
The Operator proposes to work under a clean up order, filed by the Regional Water Quality Control Board. During the winter, a large amount of sediment came down off of the Operator's property and continued on downstream covering a neighbor's driveway. To repair the problem, the Operator proposes to reslope the road, construct water bars, repair the outlet pipe on the upper pond located on the grounds of the residence at 5365 State Route 29, Calistoga, Napa County. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2002-0447 pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1603.
