Document Description
This project involves grading work necessary for the creation of a building pad and access road to serve the new County Annex building. The amount of fill for the building pad is approximately 7,000 cubic yards. This material is proposed to be taken from a new cut along County Hospital Road. This will result in a 1:1 slope which will be approximately 20 to 25 feet high and involve the removal of approximately 110 Ponderosa pine trees and 110 California Black oak trees.
