The Callahan portion of the project area lies to the east of downtown Etna in an area which is a mix of low density residential area and Light Industrial areas, which lie in the flood plain of Etna Creek.
Document Description
The rehabilitation of Callahan Street and Callahan Road, providing new road base and asphalt pavement overlay between Main Street and the City limits to the south, a distance of approximately 2800 feet. The overlay will be of approximately 1000 feet of Collier Way from Scott Street to Main Street.
