Document Description
Previously prepared studies evaluating hydraulic conditions and potential conditions in the East Orange Area (referred to as Santiago Hills II) indicated that a redundant water supply was required to ensure a safe, reliable source to the area. To meet water supply and fire protection criteria, a booster station and increased capacity pipeline are necessary to convey Zone 3 domestic water to the existing IRWD/Santiago Canyon Water District Zone 5 facilities and reservoir.
