Document Description
(a) A precise development plant to allow a regional warehouse and distribution center in an M-2 PD H (Medium Industrial, Precise Development Combining, an Airport Height Combining, and (b) a Zone Variance to allow a reduction in the number of required on-site parking spaces. The project includes the partial right of way acquisition of a 90-foot wide collector roadway, including the construction of improvements to Imperial Road from State Route 65 to approximately 1550-feet east of State Route 65. It anticipated that improvements will include a temporary turn around, traffic signals at the intersection of Imperial Road and State Route 65, intersection tapers and road approach for Imperial Road on the east and/or west sides of State Route 65, and channelization and widening improvements on State Route 65 within existing State right-of-way.
