Document Description
The applicant proposes the replacement of an existing 24-inch culvert with a rock ford crossing along an existing seasonal road over a tributary to Doty Creek, Mendocino County. The project also proposes the drafting of water from six locations for dust abatement, in the Garcia River and in the South Fork Garcia River. Water drafting is proposed for timber harvest plans 1-01-059 MEN an d1-01-240 MEN and East Radar THP (not yeat submitted). The California Department of Fish and Game (DFG) is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement R3 2001-0859, pursuant to Section 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Mr. Russ Shively, Mendocino Redwood Company, LLC.
