Document Description
The Operator proposes to alter he streambed and banks by removing sediment within the West Sycamore Channel from the San Gabriel River Parkway culvert crossing and upstream for approximately 20 linear feet. Rose Hills has an existing agreement for the excavation a v-ditch channel approximately 10 feet wide at the top of the slope and approximately five feet deep with 1:1 side slopes within the West Sycamore Channel (SAA 5-2001-0376). The proposed sediment removal is routine maintenance for the City of Pico Rivera and will restore designed flood capacity for the channel at the bridge crossing.
