Document Description
This project proposes the addition of structures to the southern portion of the existing Jurupa Cultural Center which includes a 3,000 square foot (sf) greenhouse, 250 sf pavilion, three 120 sf gazebos, 250 sf arbor, miscellaneous decking, a 2-story 1,710 sf building with offices/restrooms/lockers at the entrance to the gardens, and outdoor amphitheater (maximum 60 person capacity). Additional amenities proposed throughout are various theme gardens with walkways, a dry creek connecting two small ponds, small waterfall and an earthen berm.
