Document Description
Program and office space for mental health custody and clinical program needs are mandated by the Clark vs. State of California Remedial Plan and the Coleman Federal Court Monitors' inspection of the California Men's Colony. The proposed project would replace existing modular units with a new 9,240 square foot building in D-Quad capable of housing custody and clinical programs.
