Extraction of up to 500 cubic yards of sand by skimming sand to a depth of 6 to 12 inches from the stream bed. The aggregate removed will be 30 yards wide and 100 yards long. No temporary or permanent crossings of the creek will be required. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2001-0051 pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1603.
