Document Description
The proposed project consists of alteration, renovation, and reconstruction of approximately 52,716 square feet (sf) of a warehouse, 9,620 sf of a gym, and 64 cells located within California State Prison, Sacramento. Construction modifications to existing program space, housing units and cells and construction of office space to permit the housing and treatment of 128 Psychiatric Services Unit inmates, an additional 192 Enhanced Outpatient Program inmates and 12 Mental Health Crisis beds and Mental Health Services Administration Segregation at Facility A. The project scope of work includes but is not limited to architecture, space planning, mechanical, civil, electrical and structural engineering, telecommunications/data, personal alarm systems and security.
