Document Description
The project will construct a minor earthen dam no more than six feet in height across an ephemeral drainage way, tributary to the Sacramento River, creating a pond of less than eight acre feet in volume. The dam and resulting pond represent a minor alteration to land and water and will result in no removal of trees. Project also provides for repair and maintenance of an existing pond, an existing topographical feature on the site. The project will have no significant effect on the environment.
