Present Land Use
The 11.3-acre Project site is currently developed with commercial retail uses and associated parking and landscaping. The Project site is designated as commercial in the General Plan and is included in the Foothill Boulevard Specific Plan
The proposed project provides the Redevelopment Agency Board with the authority, if and when it becomes necessary, to commence eminent domain proceedings to aquire the Project site within the Rancho Redevelopment Project Area boundaries, located south of Foothill Boulevard between the I-5 freeway and Etiwanda Avenue.
