Document Description
The project proposes to subdivide three acres into 9 single-family residential lots. Each lot will be a minimum of 10,000 square feet. Services will be provided by the Helix Water District, San Miguel Fire District, Spring Valley Sanitation District, La Mesa-Spring Valley School District, and the Grossmont Union High School District.
