Document Description
The project consists of rock rip-rap bank stabilization along approximately 80 feet of Colgan Creek at the Kawana Springs 3 development. Colgan Creek in the project area goes completely dry during the summer. Site specific surveys found no sensitive species in the project area. Issuance of Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2001-0419 pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1603.
