Document Description
Remove existing portable toilet. Construct permanent restroom on same site and connect to sewer, water, and power. New restrooms will improve accessibility, reduce misuse and vandalism, and improve park appearance. All trenching for construction and utility connections will occur in a previously disturbed public right-of-way. Regrade existing parking area to enhance access and improve drainage. Work will be confined to existing footprint.
